For the last decade, I’ve operated at the intersection of physical performance and personal growth. My background as a trainer taught me that “fitness” is often a placeholder for “discipline.” I’ve carried that mindset into my work as a real estate investor and, most importantly, into my role as a father. I acquired Fitness 419 in 2023 to create the environment I felt was missing: a gym that cuts through the noise and focuses on a welcoming, high-standard community. My goal isn’t just to help you hit a PR; it’s to ensure you have the health and clarity to succeed in whatever your “real life” looks like outside these walls.

Why Strength & Conditioning: In college, I realized proper strength and conditioning could prevent injuries and reduce the need for athletic training or physical therapy. I wanted to help people train safely and enjoy the process without fear of injury.
Advice for Beginners: Start small and be consistent. Focus on building a sustainable routine first, then gradually increase workout intensity and improve your nutrition over time. Consistency is the key to long-term success.
Fitness 419 is fully equipped with Cybex plate-loaded and pin-loaded machines. We also have barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells, and plates. Along with slam balls, Concept2 rowers, and Rogue echo bikes.

With our high ceiling and open gym floor, our fitness space provides a welcoming and inclusive environment for all people. We have an abundance of equipment and various zones to accommodate open gym, group fitness, and personal training sessions, whilst still maintaining the open and inviting feel that Fitness 419 is known for.
